- Upon receiving your package from us you should test the new Controller first to ensure it’s working properly.
- Once confirmed, you have 4 weeks from arrival to your premises to return the defective unit using the original packaging and the provided return label.
- Drop-off can be made at any UPS store.
- Additionally, the units come with a 90-day warranty for added peace of mind.
- You will receive a $75 credit for returning their defective unit.
- You agree that if you do NOT return your defective unit back to us within the 4 weeks that we are allowed to charge an additional $1,000 to the your account / card
- Shipping rate has been calculated for the 48 contiguous United States. Rates to Hawaii, Alaska, and international, (outside the 48 contiguous United States) are at a different rate and carrier and may be more than the $25.99 charge.
